Speculative deck abusing some insane Prepaid VoicePAD event economy and then leveraging all the space taking up by the events to run a Sage and Creeper suite with options to boost memory and link. Deck might need some run efficiency boosting programs but this is as straight forward I could make it.

You need to cut something for multi-access. Traditionally prepaid kate plays legwork, and you have RDI and maker's eye in faction of course. I would suggest borrowed satellite and toolbox to start. You should only need 1 extra link to make Creeper free, so just 1 dyson needed. Probably cut 1 lucky find to get the influence for 1 legwork as well.
