Good Day, Sir! v2.0

I think this'll be the final version of this, at least until we see what SanSan brings. It's been testing extremely well, and a big old shout out to afishisborn for coming up with what I think's the most aggressive Shaper archetype in a long time.

The more I tested earlier versions, the less I liked Test Run, The Toolbox and Personal Workshop, so out they came for Box-E, Modded and a third Quality Time, and it's really taken off.

Generally, the install order goes 2 x Au Revoir & 1 x Snitch, before I start poking and installing breakers accordingly. This is often as early as turn 2. The third Au Revoir sets you on fire of course, but I don't bust a nut digging for it when there's servers to be run. The draw power and generally low-cost installs, along with the click compression offered by Modded, means it's possible to rig up and start the pressure extremely quickly.

Any comments and suggestions welcome! I'd love to see how this does in a tourney :D

Considering going -1 Indexing, -1 Rachel Beckman, +1 Crescentus, +1 Escher. Losing Rachel would cause many a tear, but Crescentus fits so nicely it's hard to ignore.

Interesting. Definitely going to be giving this a try (and I could not agree more about TR/PW after having just played this today (http://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/16871/chaos-theory-big-rig-stimshop-mopus-)).

1 Feedback Filter, 2 Plascrete Carapace: any way to work around these? With 2-3 every time you jackout, shouldn't you be able to build up a ton of money so they don't land a SEA Source or Midseason Replacements?

How important is Rachel Beckman? I don't have a ton of NBN in my area, but Breaking News makes it hard for me to feel confident playing her. If I tried this deck (which I think I will on Thursday), I'd replace her with Utopia Shard, and get rid of at least one Plascrete...

Maybe - I just feel a lot safer with them in there, and (with me at least) there's always the possibility of making a dumb play and losing your cash. The economy is huge, but Blue Sun can and will threaten it at times.

Rachel Beckman's not that important. It was a flex slot and when she works, she's hilariously awesome, but it's pretty rare I actually get her on the table. I've since switched to Crescentus which is partly a failsafe to fix one of the problems inherent in the economy: if they manage to rez ice outside of every available server (eg through Oversight AI or Accelerated Beta Test) you're pretty quickly back to clicking for credits, and no-one needs that.

Glad to hear you're playing around with it! I'd be interested to know how it fares with Utopia Shard and fewer Plascretes. I'll be taking it to a local store championship this weekend so I guess that'll be a good test of how important they are.

If you really want to YOLO it up, I'd recommend a few Daily Casts over the Plascretes/Feedback Filter. Economy can be really tight early on as you're setting up, and I've had a really frustrating few games where I just can't seem to draw into the econ engine or tutors, and the deck completely stalls because there's no economy other than Sure Gamble. Daily Cats would help things along, as long as you're confident enough to play around any nastiness.
