consider including 3x All-nighter. And I strongly believe 3x London Library will be needed for future 3x Chameleon and D4v1d. :D

Getting Underworld Contact up and running seems hard with only three Dysons giving you link. Pipeline seems redundant with Femme Fatale and Overmind. Have you considered putting in a decoder instead? Not enough targets for Same Old Thing to warrant three copies? I would try to find room for three Diesel. you should also include some kind of program tutor. Special Order and Test Run would synergise well with London Library.
