Kilteki: Vault of Knives

So, vamp has become a thing in the London meta. Everybody runs it, and it makes us at Jinteki very sad, as we can't kill you when we are bankrupt. So we've outsourced our banking to Weyland, who assure us that our money will be safe in their sealed vaults, all for a tiny transactional fee.

Sealed vault is siphon/vamp protection, otherwise, relatively standard Cambridge PE deck. Thoughts and suggestions more than welcome.
