Power Silhouette

autopsyguy 21

Attempted to make a silhouette deck with what few expansions I currently own (cores, what lies ahead, trace amounts and honor & profit).

Goal was to be able to access the hq easily with icebreakers and use silhouettes ability to look at installed remote servers/ ice. Then to use events and crypsis to power way into the servers to steal agendas.

Help or criticism would be appreciated as im new to Netrunner! :)

I think you made a good choice with your events. I would only make room for 2 or 3 Legwork, which is one of the strongest criminal cards in honor & profit. I don't like the central breakers that much. Breach can become quite expansive against simple barriers like Wall of Static (4 credits); and Ninja is a strong in-faction killer that gives you also acces to remotes. So I would propose a more traditional breaker suite with Ninja, Corroder and Gordian Blade. To spare influence, it might be an option to replace only one Breach and Passport by the corresponding out-of-faction breakers. It would be enough to take out one Ice Carver and one Diesel then. Have fun with the game!

@autopsyguy I agree the central breakers are abit poor their best served as a back up to your main rig so you don't have to spend influence on 2 breakers. I find Corroder / Breach an excellent set to have Corroder is your main work horse in most matches but Breach really shines in the blue sun match up breaking through Curtain Wall for a mere 6 credits.

For being new to Netrunner I think this is an amazingly damn fine deck! I think Breach and Passport are fine. Alias is a bit of an issue since you're likely to encounter Architect a lot and Alias needs 4 credits to break it which is really poor.

The thing that this deck really needs is multi-access. You can liberate some of the influence spent of Diesel if you replace it with Symmetrical Visage or Earthrise Hotel. It looks like you might need some economy too. May be wrong tho.

Thank you guys for the advice, I really appreciate it!

Later tonight I will look at making changes to the breakers in the deck as all of you have given me good advice on what to consider. My hope is that economy isn't much of an issue with this deck but I don't think Ill really know until I play with it a few times. So well see :)

Ill post back with changes I end up making. Any more advice is welcome!

@krystman Thank you for the compliment. I'm just trying to make a good deck with what cards I have lol
