Perma dlr is when you make an unsuccessful run first click with John masanori to get tagged, mill two cards, then clear the tag with crash space on your last click. With Nero and Yog you can easily make unsuccessful runs for free even if every server is iced, and later snitch can let you do it on any unrezzed ice.

However you still gain credits while doing this (underworld contacts, au Revoir) and you get to see one card from hq each turn with reflection, so you can take turns off milling and use legwork / inside job to steal some agendas. You can also special order a full and powerful breaker suite and play "real netrunner", supported by the au Revoir economy engine.

3 mills are much better then 2, so I suggest following:

Also, Fisk Investment Seminar is a good criminal card in this mill decks..

A Beth here would be good. There's enough memory to install everything, so I could replace both shrikes. Maybe 2 Golden or 1 golden 1 mongoose I nstead of 2 shrike. Also I could then add a Hostage to get Beth and a Rachel Beckman. I'd have to cut three cards to make room for the hostage package though.
