a much worse than average hayley (did very badly at worlds)

Didn't actually build this; got it from foilflaws based on a meta that turned out to not be the actual meta. Between that and having 0 practice with the deck, and the fact I'm not very good, it dropped literally every game on Saturday and I was tempted to light it on fire. Instead I'm publishing it so I can claim my spot on ABR and remind myself to do better.

Worlds was a humbling experience.
