[Frankfurt30] Omar's Old Tricks

Part of a 30 deck collection for casual play (see https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/2224342/).

Probably the strangest runner deck to play, this one absolutely hinges on Bloo Moose to get a steady income. It also felt nicely appropriate to have the old guy use some neat stuff from early days, like Medium and Déjà Vu.
