Pure fast advance PD, better then Nebula?

I have played pure fast advance PD in the past. I tested a lot of versions and compared it to Nebula.
Conclusion: fast advance Nebula > fast advance PD.

1. Luminal is banned; we have 1 less 3/2 agenda than NBN.
2. Nebula can score 4/2 agenda with Biotic + flipped id. PD needs to pay a whole Big Deal to achieve this (we can use it to score a 3 pointer, I guess).
3. Nebula plays any operation to pressure the runner and threatens a score. PD needs a lot of money to pressure in the same way, and because of this, we are very dependent on finding YDL.
   This is also the reason for my ice decisions; we can't pay for expensive ice and Big Deal.
4. Flipped Nebula can fast advance with a binned Petty Cash for -1 credits. We have to find a biotic and every score is a big credit loss (-7).

It feels rough if the runner finds any Project Ingatan. I hope Luminal gets unbanned to make this feel better. Even with a Luminal unban, Nebula would still be better thought.

The deck is still very fun to play and very beginner-friendly. A +8/+9 ydl is hype, and the Harmonic ice suite is super cool!

The 1x Greasing is for Seb matchup and to punish all the crim players who don't clear the Transfer of Wealth tag.

Small tip: playing Petty Cash is not needed; I like to overdraw and discard it. Especially if you have YDL in hand. You play Petty Cash from archives as soon as possible, no need to safe it.
