じんてき 二 FA Rush

Watzlav 1019

Any acceleration constitutes progress, Miss Glory. Nature had no understanding of the modern rate of work. - Karel Čapek, R.U.R

A polished version of Medibiotics deck that I came up with after first seeing Lysander's Astrobiotics. It's based on my assumption that Medical Breakthrough works sort of similar to astrotrain.

I changed what didn't work in the first version. Namely trying to flatline runner, because nobody is gonna get caught by Komainu--Data Mine or Chum--Komainu. I added Lotus Field, because lot of my ice is low strength and Parasite is omnipresent.

I also got rid of the one point agendas to lower the agenda density and make room for NAPD Contract, because it's simply too good to be omitted.

Lastly, I switched Celebrity Gift for Medical Research Fundraiser, because it felt sort of slow, being double event. Now I wonder if they shouldn't really be Mental Health Clinics, but I guess asset based economy works because of NEH's ability in rush decks.

Well, that's it. Any suggestions and criticism is welcome.

what exactly is the point of this deck? Hope to hit Ice wall install and trick of light from it?

Score from hand?

Exactly; scoring from hand. It's supposed to work similar like standard NBN astrotrain deck. It's not as fast, but being Jinteki buys you some time, because runner doesn't know what you're up to and don't run as aggresively as against Near-Earth Hub.

You have only 2 cards that you can advance off. ( the two 2x Icewall) even if you precog for them, the time you would need to setup them and advance them and ToL from them ... seems waaay too long :\

Any particular reason you haven't included 4 more cards? It should reduce the runners chances to score per access.

I like the Medical Research Fundraisers, not a lot of people have the balls to use them. I'd say +1 Chimera would help you keep ahead despite him receiving some money. Keeps him out until he gets an AI (you can blow away the AI by putting Swordsman in front of the Chimera), or one of each breaker, at which point he's spent a ton of time and money getting them out.

Since its a combo deck, the smaller the better. Ideally you also want to be drawing those agendas. If you can draw your agendas and your combo before the runner has all their breakers, you're laughing. There is no harm in being at 40 in a combo deck.

That said I much prefer slightly more glaciery with SanSan City grid, taxing and fast advance!

this kinda reminds me to the hobo TWIY decks, oh do I miss them
