Solid build! I think though you'll find that Armitage Codebusting loses its worth pretty much the instant Kati hits the table. I used to run both in my Quetzal deck, and that AC can really feel like a dead draw after a bit. Consider dropping it altogether and using the deck space to go up to 3x on both Kati and Daily Casts. How is Grappling Hook working you?

I would go with liberated accounts, money is awesome.
