A buddy of mine built the base to this deck. "Chamber of Secrets" To be found here: http://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/10462/the-chamber-of-secrets This is a modified version to hopefully make it tournament compatible.

I've taken his description and Asterisked in what I changed and why.

House of Knives combos with Mamba to make sure that the runner keeps a full hand when running. Not a kill deck so I took the HoK's out to minimize the Agenda density. I've added Jackson for card draw to help get them when you want them. Mamba works great to tax even when not trying to flatline the runner

Labyrinthine Servers. Use these tokens with a bullfrog to force access on a Project Junebug or Psychic Field. Added another Junebug to make this combo more likely to occur psychic field is only good early game, and junebug is only good late game in this deck

Philotic Entanglement probably won't kill the runner but a solid taxing agenda in this deck that will force the runner to draw back up before running. I'm thinking that I'll swap out Philotic for Brain trust, if you have the window for a 5-3 then you can over advance Brain trust for a killer econ advantage

The Future Perfect will be somewhat safe in your HQ and R&D but you likely are going to have try try to score at least one 5/3 agenda, more likely two. This is a hard score deck through and through, FPs are safe in Archives if need be, hopefully you don't see more than two agendas at a time and find a window but if not FPs get shuffled back in to score when you get that window

Mental Health Clinic, Sundew, Celebrity Gift and Hedge Fund for economy. Lovely, works good, added more econ with Medical Research Fundraiser to boost if assets are trashed

Cerebral Cast is kind of a wild card and can potentially be replaced. If the runner has no resources they will probably just take the tag if they have seen enough of your influence to know you are not running Scorched Earth. Cerebral Cast is great tax, helps undo the runner bonus of the fundraisers, turning them into more of a beanstalk

Snowflake is a great value tax on the runner if they try to break it. **

I guess you can afford to wait for a Capriceice with 1 less as you are also running less agendas. That super low agenda density is brutal as a runner.

Are you finding that Medical Research Fundraiser is needed to keep your ice walls thick?

I'm finding the extra burst there is great for the heavy siphon and emerg shutdowns in our meta right now. Having lots of econ means the runner needs to trash my econ assets or I can pump all those traces pretty good.

I've played abit of Nisei Division: The Next Generation and i did like it but felt it was missing something that was last cycle tho.

I found bullfrog to be the weak link my self but with labyrinth servers i can see you making some use out of it. Uroboros is an interesting choice hows that working out for you?

Uroboros feels like the anchor in this deck so far. I'll keep you posted after some more plays. I wish Bullfrog was a 2-3 instead of a 3-4 I think. but generally I've been able to use it to good effect, I've found you can't use it like traditional ice, it's about controlling the runner, not always to combo into damage, that's too obvious
