Scripter Levy

philgb 112

This build went 3-0 in a store tournament, beating 2 NEH and a Blue Sun.

I have been playing Noise for some time with some success, especially since the release of Cache. The addition of Autoscripter really took the build to a new level. This card works so well with Wyldside. With half the deck being programs, I can trigger a free click install pretty much every turn once Autoscripter is there.

I have been playing with Levy AR Lab Access for some time and it really saved my life in a few occasions, especially against Jinteki. But at 3 influence, i might remove it and add a second Autoscripter.

My previous build had more virus (3 Darwin, Crypsis, Chakana) and was more mill intensive. However, I was often having a hard time when I needed a run. Putting back the classic trio, Yog.0, Corroder, Mimic gives me more flexibility and forces the corp to ice his servers more seriously.

I also sacrified Hades Shard from the deck. It's been useful in a few occasions, but not as dominant as I hoped.

Right now, I don't see that many scorched in our meta but if it comes back, I would probably drop 1 Cyberfeeder and 1 Djinn to make room for a pair of Plascrete Carapace.

Feel free to share your thoughts !

Nice use of Autoscripter.

I think with such a few events there, just throw levy away and get a 2nd copy of Autoscripter.

I think Levy is to recycle all of his Viruses. Pawnshop them all, Levy, Djinn them all back.

@Nick CannonThat's exactly the point. Cache, D4v1d, Imp, Parasite are temporary program that I could want back.

I will say I might go for a second scripter so you could use the remaining one influence on a Hades Shard. I love that card in my Noise deck.

@Oisin what would you cut out? Autoscripter + Hades Shard is 4 influence. Cutting Levy AR Lab Access only make 3.

This looks cool but how do you find Lotus Field? It seems the corp could lock you out for three turns by clearing virus counters.

@Lancelotl Lutos Field has been absent from my meta for some time but is now back. Went to a GNK tournament a couple of weeks ago where I traded one D4v1d for a Crypsis. It proved to be a great addition, saving my ass a few times. I went 3-1 only losing to an Astrotrain NEH. With Autoscripter and Grimoire, Crypsis isn't as slow as it used to be.
