Yoshizawa v3

All the cards needed are finally on NetrunnerDB!!

Handsize=MU=Overmind counters=strength of Sage. This deck can be very aggressive, but you have to know when to sit back and build a bit. Obviously, you want as many counters on Overmind as possible, but don't feel afraid to lay it down before you have the engine rolling. An underpowered Overmind is still good to poke around earlygame. Being Quetzal with an e3 never hurt anyone either. Eventually though, you'll have about half your deck in your hand, a Sage ready to take on most anything, and a ridiculous Overmind picking off anything left alive in Sage's wake. You'll want to get Earthrise out as early as possible to speed yourself along. Multiple Earthrises if at all possible. Problems: Jenteki. Komainu specifically. If you sit down with a Jinteki player, be prepared for that dog. Ideally, find your Deus X. Worst case, throw all your Overmind counters at it and as much cash as needed to survive the facecheck. Then, Parasite. Swordsman is a problem too. Parasite is still the answer.

Amazing deck. Would you consider Uninstall instead of scavange for Overmind?

@Reclusive I've been considering it. While I rarely find myself starved for cash, The added clicks and credits to reinstall my Overminds isnt too enticing. Though, the extra influence is interesting. It'd free me up to throw in some ProCons, but I don't know where I'd find the slots for those anyway. Another O&C I'd love to add is Steelskin, but I'd like to wait and see what the FAQ will say about it.

Out of interest, what sort of hand size and therefore mem limit do you find yourself reaching? I get that Ekomind can theoretically get you to 17 using 7 cards, but Memstrips and Deep Red would get you to 16 memory using only 4.

Also, what do you hold on to? If you went through your whole deck, which cards would you keep in hand rather than play? I tried playing something similar and I kept agonising over whether to play cards or not... You can get a 21 card hand, but which 21 would you keep? How many would you keep, ideally?

Sorry for the barrage of questions. I like the deck, but I've been struggling to make it click for me.

@Jashay I think it's important to realize how much power/free MU you need in any given matchup. I find myself holding onto my Public Sympathies if I'm already at a comfortable level. Most of the time, once I'm at an ~11 card hand with about 5 MU used, I'm happy.

Wow! This deck looks totally broken. I don't know how combo Sage and Ekomind got through testing. They definitely need to step up with their testing team so they don't break game again with such a sick combos.
