Truly Pragmatic Leela

I am trying to find a way to make Leela competitive. So far this is the iteration that i have come up with and it has been doing ok so far. It one twice out of 3 rounds in the last tournament I went to (3 rounds, ~18-20 people, corp also won twice), losing only to NEH Astrobiotics, defeating two ETF glacier's.

My game plan so far has been to harass one or two servers relentlessly, usually HQ or R&D. And if i am able to steal an agenda weaken another server and attack it using any of the tools I have available. Use inside job to deincentivize rezzing ice, use Account siphon and shutdown to keep corps poor to keep them from rezzing ice and parasite to kill off annoying small ice.
