Mulligan for Oracle May or Hostage. Get Oracle May on the table as early as possible, and use her for an event every turn.
Special Order for programs when you draw it even if you don't install them straight away; anything to avoid trashing them to Oracle May.
Keep Test Runs in case you do trash the program you needed. Don't forget to call Program next turn with Oracle May!
There's a one-of Retrieval Run to help installing from heap as well, and don't forget it can be played with Planned Assault. It's most efficient installing Garrote, but if you need it you need it.
You should be able to rig up pretty quickly; you should feel comfortable overdrawing if you're missing the pieces.
Once you have your complete rig, with or without Kati Jones, just go to town on events. One-of Levy AR Lab Access recycles if you deck yourself so you can keep Oracle May paying out.
Relentless HQ pressure is the way to win. Keep on Account Siphoning, keep on Legworking, Emergency Shutdown big ice, Forged Activation Orders it again.
