Horizontal Weyland

greyfield 3915

Stack up a gigantic IT Department over several turns, protected by some rudimentary ice - just enough to make uprooting it totally impossible (figure Caduceus + Ice Wall - thanks for the money, now my Ice Wall has 10 strength, what're you going to do about that?). Lay out a long chain of untrashable assets. Then when your IT Department is gigantic, make an impregnable scoring server.

If you want extra style points, you could play Government Takeover and a third Daily Business Show to put it on the bottom of your deck when it shows up.

I like it! I might have to try it out when The Source and Order and Chaos comes out!

I like the deck a lot, I'll definitely play this. It seems weird to have x1 Errand Boy, Guard, Taurus, and Chimera; you might want to make it more consistent.

@AwkwardPizza Yeah, I think part of that is simply because I'm the kind of person who likes a wide variety of ice (and icebreakers, for that matter) - having a lot of diverse solutions to problems sacrifices consistency for some extra options. Especially in a deck like this, that wants two layers of ice in front of everything (to create a cost for taking the IT Department counters, and to protect against Inside Job trashes), I like the idea of, say, an Errand Boy at the front, but wouldn't want more than one ever. Playing three different "Errand Boys" seems more useful on balance.

Consider tossing in a Hostile Infrastructure or 2, getting the influence maybe from the RSVP? I'm just trying to think of more ways to make accessing your cards worse.
