Starter Deck: Iain Stirling vs Nisei Division v1.0

This deck is by no means intended to be competitive. Rather, it's a project I have been working on to introduce new players to the game. There is so much depth to the game play of Netrunner that new players can easily become overwhelmed.

This deck is to be paired up against a Nisei Division deck that I have yet to post. The decks exclude viruses, tags, tracing, link, bad publicity, brain damage, hosting, and reoccurring credits. Thinks I further wanted to remove were upgrades and uniqueness. Unfortunately Caprice is just too essential for the other deck.

In building these I put an interesting restriction on myself. The two decks have an identical total influence cost (66 points per deck). I'm not sure if that really impacts the balance of the decks, but it was a really fun experiment.

I also have a Noise vs Haas Bioroid and a Chaos Theory vs NBN tag and bag set of starters as well to introduce the remaining rules.

I feel you should change the sentry breaker it's just really bad in general and against the corps deck will mostly be ineffective costing 3c for +1-2 str essentially and on one ice saves you a single cred, I feel most other sentry breakers will be better Mimic Femme Fatale Garrote all these strike me as better breakers against the other deck.

I feel a newer player should be given a strong deck with strong breakers and then they can figure the rest out later on their own, Garrote's probably the best to start a player off with.
