After seeing a few recent Corp builds utilizing IT Department, I decided to build a janky, fun deck around it. Helium-3 Deposit can be used to hilarious results once scored on cards like IT Department, Data Raven and even Snoop. Using The Root plus the identity ability, advancing and rezzing ICE like Orion and the other advancable cards becomes a little easier on the bank. Once IT Department gets big enough, let the taxing commence. Scorch combo is in here as a last resort.
