SO this deck is based on the space ice and moving ice counters around. Seems pretty good but I wont know till soon

No Satellite Grid? Seems perfect for this deck; 1 cost to lower all the stellar ICE rez cost by 3, or increase Ice Wall's strength by 1, or change the Changeling, and all mid-run too!
Why this ID? You have 9 transactions, so the core one would seem better. You also have the Root for advancing, if needs be. Titan Transnational would synergise with Atlas and Firmware... if you were willing to run High-Risk Investment instead of Government Contracts there would be even more synergy.
Not sure why Shadow is in there... and honestly, this seems like a deck that could actually run Woodcutter and Tyrant well!
