Babies With Knives

Reizer 7

My first post-core Jinteki deck. This deck hates you, Precious, and it wants to make you a very sad panda.

Designed to thwart and discourage runs in order to advance agendas for free and goad the runner into accessing traps and other nasties.

The basic premise is that the runner is damned if they do and damned if they don't. If they run, they risk hitting Project Junebug, Psychic Field or Fetal AI while you slice them up with Tori Hanzō and her House of Knives. then retaliate with Neural EMP. If they don't run, you advance agendas for free and get paid to do it, thanks to NeoTokyo Grid. Ice is either cheap crap, or a pain in the ass, and the runner has to guess which. This deck runs well with almost no money at all, but #Private Contracts gives you plenty of credits to advance (or over-advance) agendas and ambushes. Scoring an early #Braintrust makes it even better.

Cheap bioroid splashes (Ichi 1.0 and Viktor 1.0) combined with Inazuma causes tears. Expect to wipe out the runner's grip multiple times a game, assuming they can keep their gray matter from leaking out of their ears long enough to make it very far. This is the deck that makes runners want to rage quit.

I'm a Corp player at heart. I'm also a D&D DM (I suspect there's a lot of overlap there) and my motto as a DM is: make sure that things always get worse for the player characters. I try to bring that spirit to my corp decks. :D

I'm a fairly new player and if some card choices seem odd, keep in mind that I own 2 Cores, What Lies Ahead, Trace Amount, Cyber Exodus and Honor and Profit.
