Valencia Estevez, standing up for those who can't.

Bitrix 95

Hi everyone! Here is a list I've been toying around with for a while. Now that O&C is out, I've decided to go ahead and publish the list.

Most the of the list was inspired from the E3 Quetzel list I've been running for some time now. The primary breaker suite is a loaded Overmind for smaller Ice and D4vid for the bigger stuff. E3 feedback implants allows me to use a single power counter per ice when I want to make a run. Mimic is included for heavy sentry matchups as a cheap way to break most of Jinteki's ice without using counters. It is particularly important for breaking Swordsman.

One of the main focuses of the deck is loading the corp up with bad pub in order to make use of Itinerant Protesters. To do this I chose Investigative Journalism. I'm using Stim Dealer as a way to gain a 5th click so I can play Protesters and use it in the same turn. I went with Stim Dealer over Joshua B simply because I'm so resource heavy. Also, since I've chosen Stim Dealer, I've opted for the cacheshop package for econ generation.

The obvious strengths of the deck are how cheap it can break ice. It really doesn't take much to bust through giant servers. Blackmail is also completely bonkers when you know you can play it from the start. It's like a supercharged inside job.

One of the weaknesses of the deck will always be taxing codegates. In particular, Lotus Field and Tollbooth. 4 and 5 credits respectively is A LOT to have to pay more than once. For this reason, I've chosen 2 copies of spooned in order to punish the corp for ressing expensive ice.

Maybe I'm just a coward, but I wouldn't be comfortable playing stim dealer and nothing to enhance hand limit.

Pawnshop can trash it prior to you taking the brain damage.

I could see playing Stim Dealer with The Supplier, but I don't really think it's worth playing without something like Origami. You're only going to play one of them, and then what? You've got an extra click each turn? More Medium runs with your one Medium that you'll hopefully not lose to brain damage?

This is a really weak deck and has virtually no consistency. The breaker suite is silly and you've got no Same Old Things to recur Spooned.

Utilizing bad pub through running AI is a cool idea, there is definitely something there. Using Cache/Aesops/Stim Dealer does seem like an inefficient way to spend influence- for example, replacing 3 Aesop's with 3 Lucky Find is a net of 18 credits for six clicks, stronger benefit than Cache cycling since you don't get the added benefit of trashing R&D. Influence is a valuable asset. Memstrips could easily be substituted for Djinn for example, since you don't have a lot of viruses- it acts as memory, and a tutor to pull your one medium. What I'm saying is, splash R&D Interface- you have no virus support and R&D Interface can't be purged. With the influence you save cutting Aesop's and Cache, you could run 3 Hostage and 1 Supplier, and that would be a HUGE increase in efficiency to your deck. Have you considered Raymond Flint & HQI over Legwork? There is also strong synergy there with Valencia's bad pub.

@ItJustGotRielle I think that the MemStrips are for more Overmind counters, they work in the same way as Overmind + Deep Red
