You simply do not have the economy to play a scoring game, which means you will be forced to play the kill game. Just looking at your ID the runner will know this and play accordingly (not running last click or playing defenses). Without the economy, you are unable to capitalize on this early window where they are cautious. You will almost never over advance the atlas for a counter and you have so much bad pub that any ice you do rez in irrelevant once they get a breaker. I give this deck a 34.7% of getting an agenda stolen every access.

Yeah, the econ here is light and there's a lot of bad pub. I might take out two Pop-Up and a Data Raven for 2 Sea Source and then 3 Housekeeping for econ, either PADs or Shell Corporation, which could go in a remote with a Snare. Otherwise, I think it will be hard to keep enough credits around to trigger those snares.
