Silhouette Siphon Spam (now with EATER!)

this is an Early rendition of the deck but I wanted to publish it to show some people. As right now 3 Special order 1 Eater guarantees early siphons for easy access, Crescentus to shut down taxing ice

In future versions I think ill remove a levy, So far I just haven't needed it once you get the 2-3 siphons off its more about running finding the agendas in HQ or RND. The auto scripter does a bit of work but I think I can do without it.
