Given Exile's ability, I would think Test Run would be better than Modded.

it's a cache recursion deck, scavenge it's there only for cache, not for the test run combo. :)

I never really liked Exile, but I gave this deck a try and I love the idea of Cache in something different from the classic Noise.

The economy is very strong, so maybe 3 copies of Modded are overkill, and you could add a third Self-modifying Code instead. To speed things up.
