Untrashable RP - Because Who Needs ICE?

I ran into this deck last night and it was by far the craziest thing I've seen in A:NR. Yes, I mulliganed into 4 hardware, but he beat me without ever rezzing a single piece of ICE. I'm now planning to use it in store champs because it's just incredibly weird and amazing. $6/turn on 3 Sundews that cost 5 to trash and do a net damage? Yikes

I've played my own version of Hostile Infrastructure + Encryption Protocol before. It's certainly nasty once you get it rezzed; the choice of all but one agenda costing money to steal is a good one that I didn't go with but certainly shores up a weak spot the deck had, though I imagine it would require some skill and a lot of luck to score a 5-advancement agenda, which over half of them are.

Looks interesting, a few recommendations, since I am running similar RP.

Look at fitting in the following cards Enhanced Login Protocalls, since this further taxes the runner with time as well, and being able to hit them with a triple whammy when they want to run is pretty awesome.

This may just be my meta, but I have seen a considerable up tick in the amount of AI breakers, namely Eater and Darwin. Consider putting in 2 Swordsman

And I guess my ultimate question is how do you win? With so few ice, cutlery could cause late game problems. And I find trying to mill down the runner and then kill them is to time consuming to be competitive. If you are doing it through agendas how are you protecting them long enough to get them scored since they are all a 2 turn score.

For some more ideas, here is my Untrashable variant that I won a tournament with a couple of months ago.

With the current prominence of Eater, a second Swordsman is probably a good idea for my list, would definitely look at adding them to yours. Cyberdex Virus Suite is probably more useful than Cyberdex Trial in this deck.

How to win is fairly simple and very similar to RP Glacier decks. With the income of Sundews/PADs and the extra taxes of Encryption Protocols and Hostile Infrastructures, a remote server with a single piece of ice, Ash, and Caprice is virtually impenetrable. Most of your agendas require an additional tax to steal if they do manage to get through the ice, Ash, and Caprice.

I'm working on some more theory for it. He won because I was 100% terrified to run his stuff and dirt poor haha. For win condition I'm thinking of dropping a few things for some Nisei MK II. It wouldn't be absurd to build just 1-2 semi-protected servers, scare them with Ronin, and score out of it

I have to ask, why do people not splash Excalibur in these RP decks. I have to assume there is a good reason, but the last weekend it was one of the biggest PETA cards I could drop.

In fact in one game I had it rezzed on HQ, and the runner needed to do a hail mary run, so they switched to R&D, and I had my 2nd copy in the deck there unrezzed. Popped it up, trashed the one on HQ and stopped them from being about to get to the remote with the game winning agenda.
