The Greater Good

There was some discussion on stimhack about hivemind Valencia. This is my latest take on the idea, modified to be more consistent and resilient at the expense of fast blowouts. For some basic instructions, see #can of wupass (sorry, don't know how to link). I'm not sure about the exact balance of BP giving stuff or the econ suite; but feel free to test and tweak, it seems potentially very strong but also fun and quite different to play from most decks.
