Viktor 2.0's voice sounds funny on Helium-3

DISCLAIMER: This is a jank deck. It almost certainly will never work. But I want it to. I want it to so bad.

So, the combo is, install Viktor 2.0 and then try and get his second subroutine to fire. Either use wormhole, or Tyr's Hand to ensure it does, getting one shiny power counter on Viktor. Now, fast track out (or use an Atlas Token for more money) a Helium-3 Deposit and safely score it behind one of your barriers. Put the power counters on Viktor 2.0. Fast Track or Atlas out a High Risk Investment, and install it faceup, advancing it as well. Dare the runner to run on it. If they do, Atlas out either sea source scorch scorch, or punitive counterstrikes, and combo them with the 3 Viktor 2.0 counters to hit for 3 brain damage, and potentially 6 to 8 meat damage on top. If the runner doesn't run, score the agenda and win.

As is, you have like 2 economy cards in the deck, and Mark Yale CAN give economy but that relies on agendas being scored. On top of that, your average cost to rez ice is sitting around 5.5. In order for this to work you need some lower cost ETR like Quandary to really rush out the Atlas, otherwise you will be too broke to ever land a Punitive Counterstrike or SEA Source + Scorch on top of the 3 brain damage.

I know you say it's jank and won't happen... but I want it to happen too! If you add in some more low cost ETR ice you could supplement your economy with Successful Demonstrations, and if you cut out one SEA Source you'd have the influence for that.

Maybe start with something like:

-1 Taurus, -1 Hadrians, -1 Fire Wall, -1 Changeling, -1 SEA Source, +3 Successful Demonstration, +2 Quandary

Orion is another bit of ICE that can trigger the Viktor 2.0 subroutines. It never hurts to have a destroyer about.

That is a very good shout @PaxCecilia actually. I was somewhat worried about the lack of money, hence the inclusion of the Mark Yales. I might also take out those and put in Satellite Grid too, which would make the advanceable ice cheaper/stronger.

I'm confused. You say to score out a Helium and use 3 atlas counters to tutor other pieces of the combo, but that wins you the game.
