Chakana Lock em Sock em Robots v2.0

Sashdoes 137

Rewrite of the other Chakana Lock em Sock em Robot deck I made. Pretty much the same basis as the original deck but with a few tweaks.

Your now breaker is a Darwin a virus for milling and gets to at least 4 counters in one turn very quickly if set ups correct. Progenitor is now a three of because you have no way to fetch them, Nerve Agent is put in as well if you choose to abuse HQ instead and Medium for RnD duh.

So now your ideal set up is; 2/3 Virus Breeding Ground, 3 Progenitor 3 Cyberfeeders for Darwin and virus installation. 3 Progenitor 1 for Hivemind 1 for Darwin and 1 for either Medium or Nerve Agent. 1 Djinn to hold the Chakanas. Purge happens you simply stock Hivemind back up in 2 clicks and continue your fun.

This version is better than v1, trust me I play Neturnner :P

This looks so fun! Having played a more standard Noise for while, I had a few questions. Have you tried Inject at all? I found that to be really helpful for burst econ and to see more cards in combination with Déjà Vu. How often do you find yourself needing to run? Do you poke and prod or just simply wait for the Hivemind fueled super Medium dig?

@DarlingSensei Inject isn't necessary your only recursion in the deck is Déjà Vu which you mainly use to fetch up Caches that you've already spent on through Aesop's Pawnshop or to fetch programs that may have been trashed for some unknown reason (Archer) so you don't wanna really trash programs, especially if they're that one missing puzzle piece you need. With running it really depends on the deck, against FA you run often trying to get the Hivemind setup for Darwin, if it's a slow deck/flatline deck you have time to set up the Chakana lock against them. If you set up quickly you can Medium dig to win pretty easily, it really depends on the meta where you're playing and what decks you're facing. Hopefully I answered your questions well :)

Looks really great and like a whole new way to play Noise! I have one question though: What to do about a Swordsman over Archives (or remotes)? I know it's a pretty uncommon situation but seeing as most of the corps will have at least one of these in their decks because of MaxX it could also work as a counter to this deck. I'm really excited about testing this, thanks a lot for posting!

@Sashdoes Don't you find yourself short of credits too often with this setup?

Can I ask why are you running Datasucker? You're not running any Parasites and Darwin is really only going to get you reliable access once you get Hivemind out. Before that point, a purge is going to make that useless.

Am I missing something in your strategy here? It seems like something like Parasite would be a much better include.

On a different note, you really should try to find the influence for Hades Shard. It's an auto-include in all my runner decks now, but it's especially core to Noise. The perfect anti-Jackson.
