When is the NEXT Shipment from SanSan?

This is your standard NEXT rush deck with 27 pieces of ICE so that you get 3 in your starting hand (~60%, or 2+ 88% of the time) and can fire off your Accelerated Beta Test with a bit less risk than other HB archetypes. The difference here is inclusion of Shipment from SanSan to allow you to 1) score agendas at low money (you will be broke most of the time), 2) become a Fast Advance deck if you score an Efficiency Committee. Like all Rush decks you usually need to win before the runner gets their rig out, though Melange or Efficiency Committee/SfSS can change that equation. Definitely has some issues with a Reina/Xanadu/Rook denial deck but is super strong against ICE destruction and solid against Criminal.
