The deck is thought to operate at relatively low amounts of cash. The most expensive ice is Neural Katana and Datapike at 4. Toshiyuki Sakai will hopefully mainly be used with Thomas Haas (or Haas Arcology AI), but can also act as a trap with Junebug or Cerebral Overwriter. Most agendas require me to advance three times, so they will be on the table frequently just like my advancable assets.
Edited for more net damage ice. Would use Fetal AI if I had it...

Why Thomas Haas over GRNDL Refinery? If you suspect they're not going to access (which is when you'd put Haas down off of Toshiyuki Sakai/ Mushin No Shin, you'll get way more credits off of GRNDL Refinery.
