The Greenhouse Effect

So I LOVE playing as Jinteki and have been playing every ID I could, so I was SUPER EXCITED to see this flipped. I have been thinking about how this deck should be played and have thought of a couple ways in how this is to be played. The trick is to put the ID you are not going to play out and look at what runner they choose, then swap to your game plan. I chose to use The Greenhouse side, but will consider The Tank if I am facing a Noise deck.

                                                     Agendas

So as you can see, this deck was modeled after an Near-Earth Hub: Broadcast Center or any NBN FA deck list: 2 2/1, 3 NAPD, and the rest 3/2s.

NAPD Contract is there to tax the runner for stealing it, hopefully slowing them down.

The Braintrust just acts as a pseudo Beale, but if you advance it once and flip the ID to The Greenhouse, all your ICE will cost 1 less to rez, which is pretty sweet.

Clone Retirement is a more double edged sword here, if the runner steals it, you get a bad pub, but scoring one could remove one. I don't know if I should add another Braintrust and add another econ card or something.

Medical Breakthrough is a pretty sweet agenda that can cause you to go crazy. You can let one out on a remote server unprotected and just let it sit there or even advance it as though you are playing a Jinteki: Personal Evolution build and fake the runner to not run it and then score it on your turn. You don't want to flip your ID just on the second turn or else you will allow the runner to not run afraid anymore. But this agenda will turn to a 2/2 (or 1/2 is SanSan City Grid is out and about causing trouble.)

My last agenda I will talk about is Philotic Entanglement which speaks for itself. You can flatline the runner if they aren't careful, which is pretty sweet cause you don't really flatline with this build.

                                                       Assets

Daily Business Show allows you to shift through your deck for anything you will need and tuck an agenda or a worthless ICE you don't need. Also has a high trash cost to tax the runner.

Jackson Howard works overtime in every deck. No words here for him.

PAD Campaign over Mental Health Clinic was tough for me. PAD Campaign was picked over the other for its higher trash cost, but Mental Health Clinic will always net you a credit on the first turn. I might shift these two later.

                                                      Upgrades

Caprice Nisei is a staple in any Jinteki deck where scoring agendas is more important than killing the runner. It is a nice feeling to watch the runner taxed and hopefully creditless only to lose to a Psi game. GG!

Cyberdex Virus Suite is in here for any Noise Gravedigger shenans with Imp or anyone trying to stack datasucker counters and what not. Also Clot is a thing that can cause you worry. If anything, put it in a server with SanSan City Grid and or Caprice Nisei to get the runner to run on it. Remember Kids, Wax on Cyberdex off.

SanSan City Grid is always needed if you are playing FA/Rush. It's high trash cost will force runners to think twice about trashing it for no reason, but left rezzed will cause serious agendas to be scored out of hand. What's not to love about seeing the runner with 4 agendas and 3 cards in hand only to die by a scored out of hand Philotic Entanglement?

                                                        Operations

Celebrity Gift is pretty good, as it serves as an econ boost if you need it. Nothing Out of ordinary as an infaction inclusion.

Fast Track is here to tutor up any Medical Breakthrough to score as a 2/2 or any agenda you could score out of hand.

Green Level Clearance seemed sweet as it serves as a card draw and short economic boost. Most FA decks run it, but not so much anymore. #BringingItBack

Hedge Fund is a staple and nothing more.

the current ICE is tentative and expected to be shifting as I playtest. I took out Komainuas ETR ICE is a bit more needed in this type of style. I was also thinking about Cortex Lock and might slip it in somewhere. I love it but late game when they have a full rig, it does nothing.
I will ALWAYS play Susanoo-No-Mikoto because it won me so many games at Nationals when I played Jinteki: Replicating Perfection cause no one will expect it and as a 7 strength Sentry that deflects to Archives (where Cyberdex Virus Suite belongs) it could purge counters!

As always I am open to suggestions! have fun and let me know how it did for you if you played this list!
