Seems good. I played a Stronger Together myself yesterday. Quite different from yours though, but the basic idea is similar. It worked out ok.

I would suggest you squeeze in 1-2 Subliminal's. I think 2-2 Heinlein and Strongboxes are enough.

In my experience, Strongbox is not actually worth the effort. It fits the theme very well, but it costs you too much for the reward. Ash 2X3ZB9CY is an excellent in-faction replacement, being cheaper to rez, more expensive to trash, and capable of protecting all cards, not just agendas.

Something you will find is that in the early game your ICE is extremely porous; aggressive runners using things like Account Siphon or The Maker's Eye will cheerfully click through a bioroid to land a punch. Account Siphon is particularly damaging early game. It's worth throwing a few actual ETR ICE in there.

Paywall Implementation is not your most efficient choice; Bioroids are low cost, high-STR generally, which means they are effective at denying the runner access. You'd be better off with ELP or Lag Time to maximise your existing advantages, or Predictive Algorithm to be incredibly annoying. Swap the Peak Efficiency for a Subliminal Messaging, as @Neuro mentioned. I would also second his recommendation of only 2 Heinlein Grids.

Hope that helps!
