Replicating Minimal Handsize

Dydra 2799

After checking up how much damage Valley Grid could do with hand size manipulation, this is one of the first ideas that came up to my mind.

The point is to force the runner into though situation figuring out how to run without dying.

Usually RP creates scoring windows by taxing the runner with money and clicks. This RP rather on relying on Money Tax, forces the runner balancing between clicks and loss of hand-size.

My assumption is that if he makes a run where he gets Capriced out of a Valley Grid, he would have a harder time drawing back for cards, than clicking back for money. Also, Valley Grid nicely deals with all damage protection currently like IHD, Plascreete, Deus EX etc. etc.

Yeah, I've been playing with similar ideas. One issue I had was with Cortex Lock. I think it's a nice addition, but I keep worrying that the runner can turn it off completely (including the Valley Grid effect) by simply installing their rig! I've ended up including a couple of copies each of Cerebral Cast and Bad Times. That way I can hopefully either turn Cortex Lock back on, or give them a brain damage to help with the hand size win condition. How do you see Cortex Lock going in a Jinteki: Replicating Perfection ID which tends to play a long game (by which time the runner's likely to have maxed out their MU)?

This is retarded .... HOW exactly is that true? Negative hand size shouldn't be able to kill the runner ... I have to check the rulebook ...

Rulebook says it's true .... I hereby declare Valley Grid 2nd strongest Corp card since Jackson Howard came ...fk fk fk .. I need to find someone else's deck and go blast it into oblivion.
