TAZE's TRANSHUMAN ULTIMATE STEALTH

TAZE 1

First let me say this deck doesn't win every game, but it does give you a good game almost every time. It's very simple and straightforward, but means you rarely get iced out and allows for tons of cheap or free runs - even when servers are iced 2 or 3 deep.

Gameplay is fairly self explanatory but:

Key is to get a refractor and stealth cred out early and make runs every turn. Force the corp to rez ice to keep them poor, and so you know how quickly you need to get out Dagger & blackkat. Some games I can coast on just the refractor, it can get bad if I can't find my breakers or my SMC fast enough.

Use ghost runner sparingly but it's great to get out early incase corp's ice is above 5 strength, wait to play net celebrity in case the corp plays a current.. i've been messing around with infiltration vs net celebrity, and SMC vs test run. Try not to get too poor. Always a balance between using creds to install breakers, or just running on what you have with the refractor.

Econ is straightforward - I ditched Kati Jones because you already spend a lot of clicks installing the rig. I used to play a magnum opus with the upgraded mem chips and I might've been richer, but it was that much more difficult to get the rig up. As it is now it unfolds pretty easily. Could experiment with adding a switchblade... Econ could be improved but I'm not sure how.

I used to have a plascrete but if you play carefully you can usually squeak through... This deck is probably least effective when the corp can get big expensive stacks of ice with lots of subroutines on R&D, HQ, and a remote server. This deck doesn't have too many tricks you can pull in those scenarios so you just have to save money, get your R&D interfaces out and hope for the best.

Well that's it! Would love to hear thoughts on how to improve. Enjoy!

I'd rather play Cerberus Lady than BlacKat (even though i'm a cat people) since i don't think relying on stealth breakers is not a good idea, especially with Rielle's low influence which makes it hard to include out of faction stealth chip.

But i may be wrong, and that would change a lot of thing in your building. To stick to the idea, i'd cut 1 BlacKat and 1 or 2 Daggers. It frees 3 influence point and 2 or 3 slots. I'd add a SMC to help to fetch them quickly.

Modded don't have that much aim, especially since it doesn't work with SMC or any tutor, so i'd find something else. Maybe not even economy but rather drawing power : Professional Contacts or Symmetrical Visage are great choices (they are economy and drawing power) depending on how much you're ready to pay for. If you're ready for ProCon, go for 3-of. If you prefer SymVis, put 1 or 2, and complete with Quality Time or Astrolabe or even Vigil (if you feel you're enough on MU, you then can cut an Akamatsu - anyway, if in the end you don't run any console, replace an Akamatsu with an Astrolabe).

With remaining influence ? Maybe another out-of-faction stealth chip, probably some Legworks.
