The Human Component of a Turing Test

I'm incredibly happy with this deck, so I figured I'd post it and hopefully get some feedback before regionals.

So this is my RP deck that just gives me fantastic results. The agenda suite is pretty average, except I run Genetic Resequencing (an absolute power card). I find that I can score it out most games, and its always a HUGE swing in the game. The common criticism is that it could have been anything but a 1 pointer, and I would have been closer to winning. You need to score MORE agendas like this, after all. However, its actually so much easier to score this out than it is anything else. If i drop it into a server, no one thinks agenda. They think Ash. Better yet, If I drop this into a naked server with a PAD or two already running, they definitely won't check this. At that point, its just a free Nisei counter. You do like Nisei counters, don't you?

Tenma Line is the next weird include, but it always pulls its weight. Being able to set up your perfect servers in RP is huge! Protect HQ with Eli turn 1, and then put it where you really want it (on your scoring remote) later on. Protect Archives with what you want early on, and swap it with a Crick when you draw your it. Turing over R&D against Eater decks, and then swap it when you are ready to score. The amount of times that Tenma Line has paid itself off in Agenda points is hard to believe. It adds so much flexibility to the deck, its pretty much become a "must trash" among my friends.

Fast Track apparently sees play now in RP. I was under the impression that it was a unique inclusion, but I am kind of happy that other people see how amazing it is. After scoring your first nisei, or after your Nisei into Genetic Resequencing, go fetch another Nisei and start closing up this game. We both know who won at this point, why not secure that win and play a little faster? You didn't actually want to score an NAPD or something, right? I love it! Interns is competing for a spot here. As great as the card is in RP, my ice provides enough threat of recursion, and Jackson still recurs what I need. I might drop it for another Fast Track.

ICE! This is the fun stuff! I have spent a lot of time on my ICE suite. My barrier suite is pretty synergistic. Eli works wonders in RP, that's old news. But Ashigaru does wonders, and has been working out for me since release. However, it is even better with Himitsu Bako, which I can bring back to my hand to increase the cost to break Ashigaru. When its down to that last agenda on a scoring remote, this is actually really useful for limiting the times they can run and take their turn at caprice. Taxing that extra dollar or two can definitely make a difference. Its also knifed protection, and is semi-vulnerable to parasite (since you can return it when they drop a parasite on it from hand). My Code Gate suite is less synergistic, bet still very well-thought out. Crick is RP's latest monster card, so that's obviously what goes over Archives in every game. Its an ass-pain to get through, and if they Spooned it, Its easy to recur and re-rez. Lotus Field is just good. It is great R&D protection, and non Yog-able ETRs are always worth their weight in creds. Lastly, I dropped a Tollbooth for Crick. I did this mostly because its cheaper for me to rez, but it helps that it can't be knighted, Atman'd or Eater'd. The non-AI clause has played notable roles in a handful of games now, so I think I like it better than Tollbooth in RP (if you have the influence to spare). Finally, the sentry suite! This one took me a long time. I love Architect in RP. It is fantastic over R&D, and can be an annoying card to deal with in the right circumstances. Recurring a Caprice is HUGE in any game. All of this, and it also classifies as early game ICE. The problem was that I was already forcing out Mimic with Tsurugi. That's no good, so I took out the Tsurugis (well, I left one, because tax), and decided that this was gonna be a much faster RP deck, afterall. Of course, this would only work out if I had Cortex Lock. That way, if they drop Mimic to defend against Architect, they are temporarily vulnerable to being hit by a strength 4 sentry. Its such a tricky sentry suite to run through! Cortex Lock also does wonders against anybody trying to get away with Overmind shenanigans or Noise with his Grimoire and cycling viruses. To round out the suite, I threw in a Susan, because I hate playing against Shapers. While Susan can just be knighted against anarchs, Shapers don't have a good solution. Did I hear someone say "Atman at 7"?

Lastly, Excalibur. Put this baby on your scoring remote in the mid-game and see just how easy it is to score out XD

Save for some minor adjustments, this is likely going to be my Regionals build. Constructive feedback is very welcomed!

I like your tweaks on the traditional RP, but I think Daily Business Show is just a killer in this kind of deck, and making room for two or three would definitely be worth your while, though it would require dropping an Architect or Turing. Also, I don't really see the advantage of Cortex Lock. Anyone playing Overmind is going to have an easy time breaking, and most people won't run against Jinteki without a sentry breaker under any circumstances. I think something with more etr routines would be better.

Yes, but that sentry breaker is often mimic and that's where Cortex Lock shines at 4 strength. If it happens to be garotte or femme then they're playing either 5 or 4 to break it for a 2-cost ice which is fantastic. It turns itself off by mid-game but does great till then.

By mid game you should have some stronger Ice out, and if the runner ever loses a program somehow (Faerie, Sharpshooter, etc) then it suddenly becomes active again.

@elliotglendale Cortex Lock isn't really for Overmind, its more about being out of mimics range, as others have said. Daily Business Show is great, I've thrown it into many RP decks in the past. However, my meta is too shaper-heavy, and RDI just wrecks it. It doesn't help that the person I play most against runs Shaper exclusively.
