Ultrafast

gpr 32

Accellerated Diagnostic + Double operations (Mushin and SanSan) to fast advance everything. Trick of light to rearrange tokens and score agendas on the fly. PlanB and Junebug give extra resilencyagainst an angry runner (Mushin over Junebug = instant game).

It's still a draft but, concept is interesting. What do you think?

Why in the world would you have 66% of your ICE at STR 2 and the rest at STR 3? You're basically an Atman and a Medium away from GG :D

If nothing else, I'd drop AD for Shadows or something. More taxation and a solid storage option for your tokens if needed.

I like the concept. I would suggest some improvements/things to think about:

  • you have nothing to draw cards easily but I think you should have, if you want to be fast. You could think about

    • Jackson Howard
    • Anoymous Tip
    • Precocnition (my favouirite, saves influence, works very good with accelerated diagnostics)
  • the ICE you chose is very weak. Imho, better would be

    • Chimera
    • Wall of ice
    • TMI
    • Draco

You coulkd cut some cards to save place and/or influence. I personally would think about cutting

  • Mushin No Shin to 2.
  • Shipment from Kaguya down to 2 (or to 1 if you cant play it if you have not enough legal targets)
  • Trick of Light to 2
  • [...]

Overall every farction has a fast advance version, this seems to be Jinteki style :)

Shadow and Ice Wall would be really nice for cheap ice that can be used for trick of light shenanigans.

hi! thx everyone to the suggestions: right now those changes: -1 Mushin -3 Kaguya -3 Datapike / +3 Ice Wall +3 Precognition +1 Interns (to save an agenda trashed with accellerated diagnostics.

I really like TMI but i'm a little bit dubious about tracing with a super low economy.

What do you think?!

I really like adding Precog to this. Very nice for getting the cards in the right order, and great for Accelerated Diagnostics.

I would not include TMI. Here is a particularly scathing write-up on it that I could find no argument against: http://boardgamegeek.com/blogpost/21503/tmi

Especially now that we have Bastion, I just can't imagine choosing TMI over it.
