thriBrain Hit

This is a first level attempt at a brain damage/hand size attack deck based on the new cards coming in with Chrome City datapack. The basic idea is to use brain damage and hand size reduction to either flatline the runner through having negative hand size, or to bring the runner within flatline range from the Neural EMPs. The key cards are Janus 1.0 and Ryon Knight (for brain damage), Valley Grid and Chairman Hiro (for handsize reduction), and Neural EMP.
