I played this list with -1 Inside Job +1 Dirty Laundry today. I'm rather unsold on Net Ready Eyes in Andromeda. I found the meat damage to actually be way more relevant than I first thought. Also, I'm not sure how many people will continue on the Lotus path with others playing Net Ready Eyes. Though, to be fair, the capability to cheapen your Eli breaks isn't trivial, either.
I think I'm going to try the Atman build though. This lets us maintain the 3rd sucker.
