Iain Stirling, and all of his friends. This is hands down, my favorite (and most successful) criminal deck I've ever made.

The basic gameplan is simple:

  • Set up an unstoppable economic engine
  • Use it to bludgeon the corp into submission
  • Don't lose while I'm still setting it up.

The economy in this deck is mind-boggling. I can usually count on 2-4 free credits every turn, mid game, which solves most of my basic money problems. (And that's not even counting the 2-credit discount from The Supplier, which is effectively 2 more credits worth of income as long as I keep him loaded up.)

Tri-maf Contacts give a good way to convert unused clicks into credits, and Calling in Favors is usually worth at least 7 credits, which makes for a fantastic surprise burst when necessary.

The two big superstars in this deck are probably the supplier (I usually mulligan if I don't start with it, or a hostage, in my starting hand) and Rachel Beckman, who I try to get out as early as possible. The velocity increase she gives is absurd.

The Source is also a key player, and my main defense against fast-advance decks. A lot of learning how to play this deck has been specifically learning when to deploy the source, and when to keep him around with Fall Guy vs. letting him die.

He also contributes to this deck's lock - if I can get far enough ahead on money, I can just sit there, with The Source installed, secure in the knowledge that (unless they have biotic labor, etc), anything they want to score will probably require them to install and advance it first. This cuts down on most of the usual feint assets (Jackson Howard, etc) and means I can usually just focus on running on anything they advance. At this point, they've usually lost, since I can usually keep the source in play indefinitely via Fall Guy and Déjà Vu.
