To me this deck feels like Jinteki in disguise. You sit back and make money while controlling their hand size and threatening their grip with every run they make.

Score 1-2 self-destruct chips or self defense program with a rezzed valley grid with 3 pieces of ice in front of it. you may get lucky and fake them out installing and double advancing an open agenda making them think its a cerebral overwriter or installing it into the grid making them think its an agenda. It seems janky but its so much fun. Neural EMPs basically guarantee victory
