World war A thru Z II

Where I am at with my noise build. Originally based off of code marvelous's deck. I have been tweaking to best fit my playstyle and the meta shifts. My current struggle is with draw cards. On one hand I could go with the wyldside+ Adj chrono combo but I would have dedicate 4 to 6 slots for it, the tempo hit against RP (if I only draw 1 without the other) is a pain. Earthrise is a raw tempo hit to my econ and only lasts for 3 turns which isn't very appealling. Right now I am running Symetrical visage in order to attempt to see if I can just learn to play with out it. So far NEH becomes a huge issue and loses allot of its power as I have to waste so many clicks just trying to get into my rig fast enough to remain relevant in a game...
