Wayne Enterprises

When I found a set of Batman sleeves, I got to thinking... how would a Batman deck look? After some thinking, I realized that a tag-heavy, kill-light NBN deck would suit him perfectly. So here it is.

Wayne Enterprises

Your primary objective, when faced with an intruder, is to find out as much as you can about the intruder so he or she can be brought to justice. The Bat-Computer is your primary tool for doing so. Unfortunately, it requires a huge amount of funding to get a good enough trace going, so work on building that up first.

Protect your central servers with some basic defensive programs. Barbara Gordon specializes in taking cheap-but-strong programs and making them more useful, while Lucius Fox can take weak programs and strengthen them. Use both of them to distract the intruder and tax his or her resources while you prepare. Barbara is particularly effective on a lot of the defensive programs available here. Meanwhile, Alfred Pennyworth and Jack Ryder will help keep your organization running efficiently.

Once you have financial superiority and your'e holding a Bat-Computer, the best move is often to install an agenda unprotected. A Sonic Batarang is perfect for this, but if you haven't found any of those yet, almost anything will do, if you've managed to keep the intruder from stealing much up to that point. If he or she doesn't take the bait, simply score it and toss something else down. GCPD Contract is also a decent choice because it is also rather taxing. You can often get a few easy points this way before they decide to attack.

Obviously the perfect ending is to use the Criminal Profiles you've collected to complete the OMAC Project. Even if you can't pull this off, however, you can often win once you know enough about the intruder that they are spending all their time trying to shake you off and not paying attention to your scoring. Obviously if you can build the Batsuit early enough, you can start hunting them down and beating them into submission. You don't want to kill them or anything, but they don't know that, and in trying to avoid it they'll give up attacking your servers entirely. You can also use a well-placed EMP to destroy their entire rig, allowing you to easily score a win.

All in all, this is a very fun deck to play, with lots of tricks to keep the runner off-balance. Nothing is more delightful than placing an unprotected agenda and being happy whether they run it or not. It may not be tier-1 or anything, but it will surprise some people.
