I'd suggest Viktor 2.0. He's cheap and hard to click through, and with some economic power you should be able to get some brain damage in with him ^^ |

With three Accelerated Beta Test and three Priority Requisition, I would consider at least one 'big' bioroid (Wotan, Heimdall 2.0, Janus 1.0)
