Reina Roja, Rook and Xanadu will make the corp think twice about rezzing their ICE.

Use Knights to neutralize big ICE and to facecheck ICE. Use Rooks to (duh) waste the corp's credits. Bishops (and Ice Carver) reduce big ICE to where static ICEbreakers can deal with them and/or save you credits on big barriers.

Starting hands worth keeping include Knight and some form of economy or Kati Jones and a Diesel.

6 influence spent in diesel seems a bit too much. How about you use Quality time instead? This frees up enough influence so you can trade an Easy Mark for an Account Syphon

Youj really don't want to be siphoning in a deck that has as many critical resources as this one, though.

Yeah, I wasn't excited about getting tagged with all those juicy resources. And I wanted to use Diesel because 3 credits for Quality Time felt a little steep to me.
