Marcus Batty goes to work. Extremely effective if you're good at psi games. Probably not so hot if you aren't.

Lots of recursion to keep putting him back on R&D / HQ. Since you only need two credits to hit, resistant to Vamp / Siphon. Oaktown Grid is excellent asset protection, so you need less ice.

Don't try to score until you're happy with your setup. Punitive for the kill if you get the chance, grind 'em with brain damage if not.
