My take on the Titan Transnational Uncorrodable deck, where you rely on Will-o'-the-Wisp to ping fracters to the bottom of the stack. The Enigma is to force them to install decoders, and the 3 sentries are picked specifically to hate on specific archetypes. Ichi 1.0 punishes facechecks, Taurus takes care of Clone Chips and other hardware, Swordsman hates on AI breakers like Faust, Atman and Eater.
Power Shutdown takes care of miscellaneous stuff such as astrolabe, Clone Chips, Killers, and PPVPs.
Reclamation Order takes back all your Power Shutdown or Will-o'-the-Wisp from the heap so you can do even more shenanigans. Interns does that too.
Blacklist ensures that things you trash with Ichi 1.0 and Power Shutdown stay in the heap.
Crisium Grid is early Siphon Defense, Late game Eater Keyhole defense.
With the fracter out of the equation, one can easily score the Government Takeover behind an ice wall, or atlas train to victory.
The one thing I would add is GRNDL Refinery for economy and bait, Perhaps replacing Mark Yale with them since my agenda suite does not feature anything with innate counters.
