Gang Sign Kim

Get out Gang Sign, Turntable, and HQ Interface. Install Imps. Wait for the corp to score an agenda, then get a free Wanton Destruction.

Maybe -1 Net-Ready Eyes +1 anything else useful? With 2x Datasucker you don't need the NRE as soon. Clone Chip is always nice, even another HQ Interface would be great.

Good advice, thanks! A Clone Chip would definitely be nice to have.

This is a great idea. Edward Kim: Humanity's Hammer is the ideal runner for making Gang Sign really sing.

Is Turntable doing any real work on average?

@romanoSoprano Good question! I actually have not yet played the deck. Thought of the idea last night, put it together today during lunch. Going to try it tomorrow. That said, Turntable seems to be quite strong based on local experiments, and I see a ton of NBN, so....

Any deck running Snare! and Shock! will mess this deck up hard. Spending some influence on a Feedback Filter to help with the Jinteki: Personal Evolution or Industrial Genomics: Growing Solutions matchups seems essential. Lot of Jinteki in my meta.

I'd rather add 3rd I've Had Worse (we actually have weak draw, to think of it), and even cut a Plascrete Carapace - we are supposed to bring the fight to opponent's centrals and threaten his operations, rather than let him threaten us.

@romanoSoprano in a meta where you might play a couple PE decks on any given night, this decks primary strategy is going to be more of a liability than a help. Think about it. PE scores a Clone Retirement, does one net damage, you get to access 4 cards due to 2 Gang Sign and a HQ Interface. You hit a Fetal AI and a Snare!. Your dead. Or, your alive due to an I've Had Worse and you just took a huge tempo hit. I think this deck has serious game against Scorched Earth. It's one of the last things I'd want to see playing my Butcher Shop list. The ability to trash a Scorched Earth or Midseason Replacements is HUGE. In that regard, taking out a Net-Ready Eyes and a Plascrete Carapace for a 3rd I've Had Worse and a Feedback Filter might be a good idea.

It's not like you have to install all 2 Gang Signs and 2x HQ Interface vs PE or that you have to do it right away and unconditionally. To avoid a tempo loss I'd prolly install Gang Sign's, but not HQ interfaces (and definitely not more than 1), but I would target mostly their centrals, and therefore absorb those snares sooner or later anyway.
