The first time I saw B&E breakers, I felt it sucks, terribly sucks. You need significant setup to get into the server, and you failed for the following turns access.

I found Donut Taganes fit this deck very well.

You use account recursion to lock their econ with the help of Muertos Gang Member.

Wanna stop their hedge funds or celebrity gifts? Mr. Donut them for maximizing the tax.

We only have 3 AS 2 Special Order and 1 Levy the negative effect is the lowest I ever saw.

For the crazy speed we draw cards, don't worry about your breaker suite is effectively low. You will draw many cards as you could.

Do you have burst economy in it? I am not sure if Tri-maf Contact is enough to establish all the resources and hardware and stuff.

To really get your money's worth out of Donut Taganes, you need to get him on the table early game. With just one copy and no way to search for him, this is unlikely to happen for you at the moment. How about swapping some resources for 3x Hostage?
