HOW LOW CAN YOU GO?

Shiiuga 1266

This deck was born from a discussion on twitter about how many minus agenda points you could stick down the runner's throat.

The short answer is that you can personally get the runner down to -12, but with a little help from them playing 3 Fan Sites for some reason it could be a healthy -15. If only Custom Biotics: Engineered for Success didn't exclude the ability to take Shi.Kyū, you could have another -3 with Domestic Sleepers.

The aim of the game:

Get a remote set up with a couple of ETR ice. When the server is ready, install The Board, Caprice Nisei and Self-destruct in it. While you're doing this, dump all the News Teams and Shi.Kyūs in Archives.

When the server is up, the next turn make the runner An Offer They Can't Refuse and point them to Archives. After the run is complete, and they are hopefully -6 agenda points down, rez The Board and watch them weep as without trashing it the best they can manage is to get back to 0 points.

Once they have all of these utterly bullshit cards in their score area, score your Philotic Entanglement and win.

The Keys to the Jank, or the JanKeys, if you will:

You have to make your opponent think you're playing normal RP. If you have to build your server slowly, people will just assume you're doing your normal thing. Score an early Nisei MK II. Put a Caprice Nisei down as you would. Fake the Self-destruct out as an Ash 2X3ZB9CY. The Board will look like just another Agenda.

A lot of the stuff in this deck is geared towards getting The Board out, protecting it and keeping it out.

Tech Startup it out if you have the rest of the pieces in play. Interns or Crick it out if it's in your Archives.

Pup protects R&D or HQ (depending on where you think they'll run more). Seriously. All 3 Pups in a row. By paying 6 credits to get there you would hope they then don't have the money to trash The Board if they stumble upon it.

The Traffic Accidents are there in case they wear the tags for some reason.

Conclusion

This utterly won't work 99 times out of 100, but it's totally worth trying for the one time that it does.

Fun idea. I'm inspired to try something with The Board, NBN's Harp ID and all 1 point agendas.
